1. Warp to Beidiannong City using Warp 40.

2. You must complete the quest "Great Secret" first. Accept the quest from NPC Wei Ao (in Beidiannong City).

3. Once the quest is completed, go to Xining Pass 2 to cross over to Yanran District.
