Asphere and Bitkub have jointly established a business. This collaboration marks the beginning of a hybrid GameFi platform that connects successful games with the blockchain world. The KUBPLAY platform is designed to allow game creators and developers to enter the GameFi space smoothly, using blockchain technology. Additionally, it provides solutions to enable game developers to create new experiences for players and access technology to reduce game development costs. This includes tokenization systems within games, decentralized NFT exchange websites, and DAOs, among other features.

The company was founded in Thailand in September 2001, and it was registered on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on May 17, 2007, under its original name, AsiaSoft Corporation Limited.
